At QIDI Tech, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance hardware. All products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our technical support team via our official website or email with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

  Technical Assessment

  Our engineers will review your request and provide troubleshooting steps or approve the return if the hardware meets our quality guidelines.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original internal foam and box to prevent shipping damage, then attach the provided RMA label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
